Make over

I remembered around March last year, the consultant of the company I’m employed with told me this: “I want to make over you.”

I refused. Well, because the makeover she’s speaking of meant that I have to cut my hair (which is against our religion) and to wear clothes that exposes my skin (which is again, against our religion).

But religion aside, I would’ve still refused though. I love how I look. Well there are times that I play with my hairstyles and play dress up, but I really like how I look. It makes me different from the rest, and it shows my natural beauty. Yes, I am beautiful. Without the aid of makeup. Without the fashionable designer’s clothes. Without the cool hairstyle.

My SMIRK is enough.
